Renaissance Works Delivered.

Big Red were delighted to be appointed Principal Contractor of the refurbishment of the 1920’s old co-operative building in Huddersfield. The project involved major structural alterations/improvements, an additional three floors in place of the current roof and an extension to the side. The finished product was 138 student apartments.

This project was completed under a construction management contract where Big Red also took direct responsibility of some of the key trade contracts under additional contracts.
